Entry

Behavior Technician / RBT

Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA sessions under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized programs and collecting session data.

Mid

BCaBA / Case Supervisor

Support program design and supervise Behavior Technicians across a caseload, bridging direct care and clinical oversight.

Senior

BCBA / Clinical Supervisor

Lead assessments, design and adjust treatment plans, and provide ongoing parent training and clinical supervision.
